Founded in 2021 by Khaliel Rodgers, Flex Sports Group began as a platform focused on athlete training, exposure, and consulting. Over time, it has evolved into a network-driven company committed to sports relations, athlete branding, and long-term athlete development.
After competing at the Division I level and pursuing NFL opportunities, Khaliel transitioned into business, building a multi-million dollar real estate portfolio by the age of 32. Through his journey in sports, business, and entrepreneurship, he developed a powerful network across athletics, entertainment, and real estate—creating direct access to valuable opportunities for athletes.
With years of experience mentoring and training hundreds of athletes, Khaliel brings leadership, real-world business knowledge, and firsthand athletic experience to every client relationship.
